Students in Ms. Millsap's class are working this week to build deeper understandings and applications of both kinetic and potential energy. They completed an energy scavenger hunt and outlined real-world examples of kinetic and potential energy in a writing, typing and illustration session.

Dear Friends, After watching the latest PATCAST, I came away humbled. I don’t take for granted the people who trusted Fred Leonard and I enough to buy-in what all the Hometown Showdown entails. At the center of this trust is the belief that we are put on God’s green Earth to make a difference. What have we done for the least of these? I ask this question, knowing that I’m cloaked in human frailty. I’m not perfect. We all aren’t. However, there comes these rare moments when you know that what you are doing is right. The fact that we all are working together to make a difference in the lives of those who are going through battles that we cannot imagine. We can certainly answer the question above.
