The Student Lighthouse Team completed their first service learning project Friday afternoon. Grade level leaders and homeroom representatives packed over 100 bags for the Marion United Methodist Church food backpack program for students in need in the Marion School District. The students were elected for the Student Lighthouse Team September 2022 and serve on the SLT for one year. Applications for this year's Student Lighthouse Team are coming home now and we are so excited to see what the 2023-2024 Student Lighthouse Team will accomplish. Thank you to all who have worked so hard to make our school and community a better place. These students have so many amazing ideas and take initiative to be leaders! 💡🏠🌎
